For Residents:

  • Valid ID or Drivers Licence
  • Proof of Residence
  • Facial Recognition enrolment form
  • Vehicle Details

For Visitors:

  • Full Name
  • ID or Passport Number
  • Resident’s or Main Contractors Details
  • Main or Sub-Contractors form
  • Valid Police Clearance

At Outeniquasbosch Wildlife Village we offer every Resident the best security, with Facial Recognition access and full electrical fencing.

Question 4. How does the system handle guest access?

The Facial Recognition system handles guest access through a pre-registration or on the spot verification.

Question 5. Is there a different way to grant visitors access to the estate?

Residents can generate a one-time QR code which the visitor/guest can scan upon arrival.

Question 6. How do deliveries work?

Pre-Approval by residents, by notifying security in advance with delivery company’s details.

Security will call the Resident to grant access for any delivery companies.

Their vehicle will be scanned in to gain access to the estate.

Question 7. Can Facial Recognition be used at night or in low light conditions?

Yes, most modern facial recognition systems are designed to work in low-light or nighttime conditions.

Monday to Friday 8:00 to 16:30

Refuse collection is every Friday.
