Outeniquasbosch’s approval conditions are available from Mossel Bay Municipality, but it is highly unlikely bordering on impossible for the developer to rezone the green strip into more residential or commercial plots.

Question 3. Due to the location of certain plots, they sometimes talk about the possibility of water damage during heavy rainfall.

The civil engineers of Outeniquasbosch are very meticulous and have decades of experience in designing the phases so that water damage will not become a problem. The chances at OB for water damage are as minimal or even less than in any approved development in the municipal areas of Mossel Bay.
